Understanding and controlling colloidal phenomena through innovative chemical strategies, with the goal of developing technological applications and providing services to companies.

Research areas

Our work focuses on the study of amphiphilic molecules and polymers , with the aim of developing advanced formulations and materials for a wide variety of applications.

Analysis of self-aggregation and phase behavior of surfactants and polymers in solution

Preparation of advanced nanostructured materials through colloidal methods

Formulation

Design of tailor-made formulations (emulsions, suspensions, foams, gels) and improvement of their properties
